Job Description
Compensation: Salary + Commission + Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Manage inventory and maintain store aesthetics.
- Create strategies to boost foot traffic and sales.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a history of achieving sales targets.
