Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and retain existing clients.
- Educate customers on our products and increase sales through cross-selling.
- Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain customer relationships by addressing business issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs and secure payments.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- MBA or relevant degree from an HEC recognized university.
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
