Job Description
Massive Dynamics is currently seeking an Onsite Sales Support Agent to join our team in DHA 2, Islamabad. This position requires night shift availability from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Minimal experience in customer service.
