Job Description
Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day back-office tasks and coordinating with customers on behalf of the sales team. Your duties will include resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly answering inquiries, and providing after-sales support as needed.
You will play a crucial part in maintaining organized sales records, managing schedules, and collaborating with senior sales staff to prepare month-end reports. A Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in freight forwarding are required for this full-time position.
