Job Description
Mars BPO is on the lookout for detail-oriented and experienced Verifiers to join our company. As a Sales Verifier, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of customer information gathered during our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate customer information.
- Cross-check details against campaign guidelines.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with agents to rectify any issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
Qualifications: 1 year of BPO experience is required. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computers are essential.
