Job Description
ACE Money Transfer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic Project Management Team, focusing on marketing projects. In this key role, you will implement Agile principles to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in fostering collaboration across teams. Your primary objective will be to enhance agility and accountability within the marketing team.
Key responsibilities include leading daily stand-ups, managing sprints, resolving obstacles, coaching team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize the marketing backlog.
