Job Description
We seek a professional Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate key ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement. The role focuses on coaching teams in Scrum practices, coordinating with stakeholders, and enabling the consistent delivery of high-quality software on schedule.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress, identify and resolve blockers, and promote transparency.
- Coach teams toward self-organization and a results-driven, collaborative culture.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align priorities.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments or CSM/PSM certification, excellent communication skills, a servant-leader mindset, and experience with Jira or equivalent tools.
