Job Description
Farmers Development Organization seeks a Senior Civil Engineer for a fixed-term assignment (Dec 2025–Jun 2026) based in Multan. Reporting to the Project Manager, the incumbent will lead design and technical supervision of gray and green Sponge City interventions, including constructed wetlands, recharge wells, and drainage systems.
- Prepare BOQs, technical drawings, supervision checklists; conduct site assessments and QA.
- Coordinate tendering processes and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with national engineering and environmental standards.
- Required: BSc or MSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering (PEC registration preferred), minimum 5 years’ experience in WASH or urban infrastructure, strong AutoCAD proficiency, demonstrated field supervision experience, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
