Job Description

Prime BPO is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Closer to join our Med Alert campaign. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in closing deals while delivering outstanding client service.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in deal closing and client service.
• Punctual, self-motivated, and hardworking.
• Adept at managing Sales and Escalation calls.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Target-oriented with strong rebuttal abilities.
• Experience managing customer relationships.
• Age 22 or older with at least a high school diploma.
