Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred; B.Tech (Hons) or D.A.E in Electrical also acceptable.
Experience: Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience.
Job Description:
- Resolve assigned complaints on CSMs and ATMs within defined TAT.
- Install ATMs and CSMs.
- Execute precise troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Prepare analytical reports and documentation for the Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% PM for UPS, ATM, and G&D.
