Job Description
Niagara Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd. is actively seeking a skilled and committed Senior Front Desk Officer to oversee our front desk operations. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional service to our guests while also supervising and training front desk personnel.
Your key responsibilities will include managing room assignments, collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and professionally addressing guest inquiries and requests.
Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and demonstrate relevant experience. This is a full-time position that mandates in-person attendance.
