Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who will also serve as a Senior Technical IT Recruiter at Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd.
The ideal candidate will manage the HR Department while leading a team of IT Technical Recruiters. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates from various platforms, conducting pre-screening calls, and interviewing using structured methods.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT roles.
