We are looking for a Senior IT Technician to provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems in our organization. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of IT support experience and a strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex IT issues.
- Network management and security implementation.
- Server management, including backups and disaster recovery.
- Participate in IT projects, offering technical expertise.
- Create and maintain documentation of IT systems.
