Job Description
Obizworks — Offshore Business Consultants seeks a Senior MSP Systems Engineer to manage and optimize multi-tenant client infrastructure. This full-time, on-site role requires strong MSP discipline, hands-on engineering, and excellent English communication.
- 3–5 years MSP experience; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven RMM expertise (ConnectWise, NinjaOne, N‑able, Kaseya) and automated patching/monitoring.
- Backup and DR management with Veeam, Datto, Acronis; DR testing experience.
- Build/migrate Windows Server 2016–2022, Active Directory; manage Hyper-V and VMware ESXi/vCenter.
- Tier 2/3 escalation, strict SLA adherence; use PSA tools (Autotask/ConnectWise Manage) and accurate time tracking.
- On-site hours: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM at Bahria Town Phase 7. Salary: Rs180,00–200,00/month.
