Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Volunteer Program Officer. This role involves managing our Volunteer Programme, maintaining the Volunteer Database, and assisting in volunteer recruitment. Key responsibilities include logistics management, providing volunteer support, overseeing the management system, and developing marketing strategies to attract new volunteers.
Required skills: excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). A Bachelor’s degree is required, with fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience encouraged to apply. Full-time position.
