Job Description
Job Summary: Redex IT Limited is actively seeking a committed Service Delivery Executive responsible for managing ticket resolution, providing timely reports, and assisting with engineer recruitment. The ideal candidate will uphold exceptional standards in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Successfully resolve service tickets, deliver monthly progress updates, support the recruitment of engineers, and enhance diagnostic processes.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, along with 1-2 years of experience in IT service delivery.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
