Job Description
Atlas Battery Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and driven Service Officer to become a valuable member of our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding after-sales service and efficiently addressing customer complaints. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely claims resolution and leading product awareness sessions for our dealers and auto technicians.
Ideal applicants will possess strong interpersonal skills, effectively communicate technical issues, and demonstrate proficiency in computer applications. A Diploma in Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Mechanical or Electrical fields, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience, is preferred.
