We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Responsibilities
- Development & enhancement of ITAM, SAM, and HAM.
- Implementation & maintenance of ITAM, SAM, and HAM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ITAM, SAM, and HAM.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITAM.
- Strong understanding of ITAM processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow ITAM certification (or equivalent).
- ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent).
