Job Description
Veevo Tech is actively looking for a proactive and responsible Shift Incharge to manage daily operations on our production floor. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing worker performance, maintaining productivity standards, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring an efficient workflow in battery manufacturing and assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of floor workers.
- Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide operational guidance and resolve issues.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machinery.
- Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Conduct safety checks and enforce protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical training (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
