Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. In this role, the successful candidate will adhere to Prescreener’s guidelines to facilitate the release of recipes to bulk while improving success rates from the laboratory to bulk operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring smooth lab operations, and managing recipe error files efficiently.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, coupled with 1-2 years of relevant experience. We particularly encourage applications from female candidates.
This is a full-time role that necessitates in-person attendance.
