Job Description
We are seeking a Shipping and Chartering Manager (Consultant) to lead chartering and shipping operations in a full-time, hybrid role (Mon–Sat) with flexible 9–10 hour days. Compensation: Rs400,00–Rs500,00/month.
- Develop business cases and secure charter customers; negotiate and finalize vessel charters and freight terms.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, risk mitigation, and provide market analysis and advisory.
- Requirements: 6–8 years local and international chartering and shipping line experience, proven negotiation and brokerage track record, strong shipowner/broker network, analytical and strategic decision-making skills, and a Bachelor’s degree.
- Project-based consultant appointment; in-person work as required.
