Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time role in software/application support, specifically within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors. Ideal applicants should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and hands-on familiarity with logistics software systems such as TMS, WMS, OMS, or route optimization tools. Experience with mobile applications or handheld devices utilized by delivery or warehouse personnel is a plus.
Key technical skills include a strong understanding of logistics workflows, order processing, shipment tracking, SQL proficiency, and knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and basic cloud platforms. This position requires in-person attendance.
