Job Description
Asterisk Solution is seeking a Software Support Engineer with strong SQL and MySQL skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills as they will interact regularly with clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting database-related issues, optimizing SQL queries, and collaborating with development teams to resolve software bugs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client-facing technical support for SQL Server and MySQL databases.
