Job Description
Variant Architecture is actively seeking a Senior Building Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations and maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, nurturing relationships with residents, and ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, inspecting building systems, negotiating contracts with vendors, and promptly addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel or building management, exhibit strong communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preference will be given to applicants with backgrounds in the hospitality or electrical industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
