Job Description
Student Counselor-Foreign Education
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor who can manage different kind of responsibilities including supporting the emotional and professional growth of students, developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational and vocational guidance
· Must have knowledge in Student counseling
· Make calls to the inquiries received through emails & Social Media and provide relevant information.
· Convert Inquiries into mature cases
· Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities
· Assistance with admission and visa application
· Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online Queries, Visitors
· Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care
· Respond to all queries raised by client/department during the case processing and give follow-up where necessary
· Excellent active listening and communication skills.
· Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
Job Types: Full-time Contract
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
