Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Supply Planner to ensure uninterrupted production through reliable material availability and accurate plant-level inventory. This role requires forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and supporting S&OP objectives while acting as the liaison between central planning, procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 4–6 years in Supply, Materials, or Production Planning within process industries (chemicals, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or similar).
- Proven experience in plant operations with direct coordination across warehouse, procurement, and production.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, adept at cross-functional collaboration; proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools.
