Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to address inquiries and concerns about products/services.
- Build relationships with customers to enhance service competitiveness.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or higher.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- American or neutral accent preferred.
Salary & Benefits: Up to Rs70,00 with medical facilities.
Location: Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road.
