Business Connect is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Management Manager with a strong HR agency operations background. This role focuses on developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of talent acquisition.
- Oversee the full recruitment process.
- Lead and mentor recruitement team.
- Enhance employer branding.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience; Bachelor’s required, MBA preferred.
