Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the development and execution of our recruitment strategy, identifying future hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and managing reference checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a database of potential candidates for upcoming positions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and employment laws.
