Job Description
Grand City is looking for a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to elevate our recruitment initiatives. In this position, you will work closely with department leaders to identify staffing requirements and oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to the final selection of candidates. You will actively source candidates across multiple channels and conduct interviews to ensure an efficient hiring procedure.
We require candidates to possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in large organizations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
