Job Description
Immentia is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to facilitate the full recruitment process for our sales positions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with department heads to craft job descriptions, implement targeted recruitment strategies, advertise openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support the overall hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
- Work with department heads to develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Source and deploy effective recruitment strategies.
- Promote job vacancies and evaluate candidate resumes.
- Conduct interviews and aid in the hiring process.
