Job Description
Progressive Resource is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent for our diverse clientele across the United States. We are looking for a proactive recruiter who possesses deep insights into various industries, a strong understanding of the US labor market, and the capability to manage fast-paced recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to clearly define hiring needs.
- Source candidates using job boards and LinkedIn platforms.
- Screen candidates to assess skills and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain a talent pipeline to address urgent recruitment needs.
