Job Description
The Talent Connect seeks a motivated, results-driven Telesales Officer to join our team. In this full-time, in-person role you will engage prospective clients by phone, present and promote our services, and convert leads into sales within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 1–2 years in telesales or telemarketing
- Skills: strong verbal and persuasion abilities, objection handling, CRM and MS Office proficiency, excellent time management, and a goal-oriented attitude
- Education: high school diploma required; bachelor’s in business preferred
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs50,00 per month
