Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi and Minicab Dispatcher/Controller to manage inbound bookings and efficiently dispatch drivers. Key responsibilities include taking customer calls for bookings, allocating them to drivers, providing real-time ETAs, and handling email bookings.
Requirements: Previous UK taxi controlling experience, knowledge of UK streets, familiarity with dispatch systems, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Google Maps.
Shift: Rotational, 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. Pay: Starting from Rs40,00 per month.
