Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Mushko Printing Solutions. In this role, you will manage regional technical operations, address escalated issues effectively, and oversee the full lifecycle of support tickets. Your ability to analyze and prioritize tickets for remote resolution will be critical to our success.
This is a 24-month contract position with a competitive monthly salary between Rs90,00.00 and Rs100,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience are preferred, with certifications in IT or printing software considered an asset.
Please note that this position requires in-person attendance and adherence to daily operational checklists to maintain efficiency.
