Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Lead Operations to become part of our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position requires a strong leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring efficiency within our international call center. Ideal candidates should possess strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
