Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead – Service Engineers to enhance our Engineering Services team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in FMCG machinery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide our service engineers while ensuring machine efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the service engineering team.
- Oversee installation and troubleshooting of FMCG machinery.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 7–10 years of field service engineering experience.
