Job Description

WAVE, a premier call center based in the United States, is actively seeking a skilled and dynamic Team Lead for our Islamabad office. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in leadership roles, thrive in high-energy environments, and possess a passion for motivating teams while achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide a team of agents to achieve sales and verification goals.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve team effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company protocols and client standards.
• Manage escalations and foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of Team Lead experience in a call center or BPO setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with U.S. hours).

Compensation: PKR 70,00–100,00 per month
