Smart Brains Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our ACA campaign for a leading telecommunications company.
Base Salary: Up to $100k plus bonuses
Requirements:
- Previous experience in BPO/Call Center roles
- Proven skills in team building, coaching, and leadership
- At least 6 months in a similar leadership position
- Experience in managing agents
