Job Description

Full-time, on-site (7:00 PM–4:00 AM). Lead and coach call center agents to meet targets, manage escalations, conduct training, monitor performance and report metrics, and assist with scheduling. Location: https://share.google/QHFh07V74HHmiVZUH

• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (at least 1 year as a supervisor); strong communication and leadership skills; excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; experience with call center software and MS Office; fluent in English; ability to remain calm under pressure.
