Job Description
Translation Empire PK is on the lookout for a proactive Technical Recruiter Intern to bolster our talent acquisition initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and engaging technical talent that aligns with our company culture and objectives. This internship is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain insights into the technical recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities: You will assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct initial screenings, utilize various recruitment tools, and support the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
Requirements: A MA/BA degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. An interest in technical roles and strong communication skills are essential.
Work mode: Office-based; Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM; Location: DHA Sector F, Rwp. Salary: Competitive with market standards.
