Job Description
Hive Tech Global is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at our Rawalpindi Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively. Key responsibilities include building trust with customer accounts, managing inquiries and complaints, maintaining accurate records, and generating timely invoices. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering are encouraged to apply.
