Job Description
Nexus Technologies is seeking a driven Technical Support Engineer to help build, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-call/ticket/chat technical support to remote customers.
- Configure and troubleshoot Unix/Windows platforms.
- Manage and monitor infrastructure while ensuring security, backups, and redundancy.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years’ experience in Windows/UNIX/Linux environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
