Job Description
Jazee Automation is on the lookout for a skilled Technical Writer to produce clear, precise, and engaging user manuals and documentation tailored for our products, including APIs, SDKs, and end-user applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to create high-quality content that enhances user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain comprehensive user guides and API references.
- Translate complex concepts into easily understandable content.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
