Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking two full-time Tele Sales Agents for outbound sales in Lahore. Compensation includes a Rs37,00 base plus incentives (total pay listed from Rs40,00/month).
- Requirements: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, minimum 6 months telesales experience (preferably 1 year), excellent English, and strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Responsibilities: cold call prospects, present products and services, demonstrate solutions and upsell, maintain and update the customer database, log all calls and sales, and perform follow-ups.
- Must be proficient with CRM software and telephone systems and have a proven record of meeting phone sales quotas.
