Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (2 years).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
