Job Description

HRSG Outsourcing (Pvt.) Ltd is currently in search of a committed Territory Manager. This role involves engaging with regional clients, analyzing competitor strategies, and preparing reports for the sales director. Key responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, addressing client needs, and monitoring sales KPIs. Additionally, the Territory Manager will lead training sessions focused on our product offerings and sales techniques.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, possess strong communication skills, and have a sales-oriented mindset.
