Job Overview:
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving secondary sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). You will lead and coach Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), and implement brand and channel strategies while maintaining market awareness. Your role involves conducting daily meetings, enhancing time management efficiency, and reporting on competitor activities.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with 3-5 years of relevant experience is required. Strong leadership and coaching abilities are essential.
