Job Description
Ashraf Products is actively looking for a qualified Territory Sales Officer based in Karachi to oversee our distributor and organizational teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in executing company strategies to address local market needs while effectively training and motivating the team to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Permanent Journey Plans.
- Recruit and onboard Order Bookers/DSRs.
- Ensure the effective execution of the Annual Operating Plan and KPIs.
- Assess stock needs and achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Provide on-ground training and coaching.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, hold a university degree, and have 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
Salary: Competitive with market standards.
Location: Hybrid remote option available, based in Shahra-E-Faisal, Karachi (75350).
