Job Description
Faisal Movers is urgently seeking male and female Ticket Officers for our Abdullah Terminal in Yateem Khana, Band Road, Lahore. Only permanent residents of Lahore should apply. Candidates must be willing to work in rotating shifts (morning, evening, and night).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bus ticket bookings and issues using company software.
- Provide information on routes, timings, and fares.
- Assist with ticket cancellations and upgrades.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in ticketing or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in local languages and English.
- Familiarity with ticketing software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs27,500.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
